Next Phase Football works differently. We start by understanding the player, their current football environment, experience, ambitions and challenges. From there we can recommend the right level of assessment, development support, player media or longer-term pathway help.
Sometimes the right advice is to pursue an opportunity. Sometimes the right advice is to develop first. Good pathway support should be honest enough to tell the difference.

Next Phase Football works closely with academy partner AR Elite Academy. The relationship gives appropriate players access to a genuine football environment where assessment, competitive football, Talent ID activity, player development and selected football experiences can take place.
AR Elite contributes the live football environment. Next Phase Football provides the consultation, assessment, pathway strategy, reports, player media and structured follow-up around it.
The organisations remain separate. A Next Phase Football service does not automatically provide AR Elite selection, membership or a football opportunity.

Talent ID activity

Our Talent ID events place players in a competitive environment in front of scouts and representatives from professional and high-level football. All current events are complete and registration is closed.
