The Next Phase approach
We don't sell promises.
We build pathways.
Football can be difficult to navigate.
Players and families are often told about the next trial, the next showcase or the next opportunity before anybody has properly understood where the player is today.
Next Phase Football works differently. We start by understanding the player, their current football environment, experience, ambitions and challenges. From there we can recommend the right level of assessment, development support, player media or longer-term pathway help.
Sometimes the right advice is to pursue an opportunity. Sometimes the right advice is to develop first. Good pathway support should be honest enough to tell the difference.
Clarity
Understand the player's current level, environment and realistic options before making another football decision.
Preparation
Honest assessment, professional feedback and credible evidence of the player's game.
Opportunity
When a player is genuinely ready, structured support to approach the right football environment properly.
Services
Built around
the player.
Different players need different things.
Some need clarity. Some need to be properly assessed. Some need better footage or a credible player profile. Some are ready for more structured pathway support.
Our services are designed to solve the actual problem in front of the player rather than selling the same package to everyone.
Player assessment
See the player.
Then advise.
A Next Phase assessment examines technical quality, tactical understanding, decision-making, physical application, attitude and position-specific performance, then sets clear development priorities in a professional written report.

Academy partner
A real football
environment behind
the advice.
Advice should be connected to real football.
Next Phase Football works closely with academy partner AR Elite Academy. The relationship gives appropriate players access to a genuine football environment where assessment, competitive football, Talent ID activity, player development and selected football experiences can take place.
AR Elite contributes the live football environment. Next Phase Football provides the consultation, assessment, pathway strategy, reports, player media and structured follow-up around it.
The organisations remain separate. A Next Phase Football service does not automatically provide AR Elite selection, membership or a football opportunity.
Player CV & media
Capture the player.
Not just the score.
Professional player CVs, dedicated player-focused match filming, highlight edits and multi-match reels that let a coach or scout evaluate the player properly.
A highlight reel shows the best moments.
Full-match footage shows the player.

Club crests represent relevant football experiences, opposition, scouting environments, relationships, player pathways or wider football activity associated with our work. They do not necessarily indicate a formal commercial partnership, endorsement or guaranteed future opportunity.
Talent ID activity
10 players scouted
for trial opportunities.
Our Talent ID events place players in a competitive environment in front of scouts and representatives from professional and high-level football. All current events are complete and registration is closed.
Important
Previous outcomes do not guarantee future trials, selection or football opportunities. Every player is assessed according to their own performance, ability, attitude, readiness and suitability.
Your player.
One connected hub.
Next Phase members can securely manage player information, assessment requests, released scout reports, match content and relevant event history from their Player Hub.
Not sure what comes next?
Start with
the player.
Tell us where the player is today, where they want to go and what is currently standing in the way. We will help you understand the next sensible football step.
